Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Department Manager to direct daily operations of the Entry Door department. You will lead a team with a focus on safe, high-quality service, process improvements, and effective communication with management and customers.

The role requires supervision of personnel, coaching and development, and regular performance reviews to drive results and future growth. On-site presence in Tempe is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is highly preferred.
• Must have experience communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and comply with safety policies.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the entry door service department.
• Plan and schedule to meet daily customer commitments.
• Review workload to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans.
• Improve staff performance through regular performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings.
