Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Distribution and Receiving Clerk to join the team in an entry-level capacity. You will learn payroll operations while processing, packaging, and distributing client payroll materials accurately and securely.

In this role, you will collaborate with processors, maintain client files, and support inventory and postage tracking. This position offers growth opportunities within Ahola and exposure to payroll operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service or distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 45-50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Record payroll shipment data in Ahola's distribution tracking system.
• Process special envelope needs for payroll checks requests.
• Collaborate with processors to ensure payroll packets contain necessary information.
• Assist with maintaining 401K files for clients.
• Keep track of printing and shipping inventory and supplies.
• Operate and perform light maintenance on packaging equipment.
