Job summary

Amplify Bloomington is seeking a Head of Entrepreneurship Growth to manage program operations, events, and founder experiences at The Mill in Bloomington. You will lead logistics for accelerator programs, ensure funder reporting, and coordinate with partners and mentors to deliver on schedule.

The role emphasizes data-driven program management, effective communication, and hands-on mentorship across multiple initiatives. On-site with occasional evening events is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience running logistics for programs, events, or grants.
• Comfort using shared org systems like Notion, Asana, Airtable.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage compliance requirements.
• Clear written and verbal communication; concise story-telling.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and take feedback.
• Genuine interest in startups and the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day logistics for accelerator and founder programs, and future portfolio additions.
• Ensure grant-funded programs stay on track with windows, panels, and reporting.
• Maintain peer accountability groups with scheduling and communication.
• Turn program plans into completed events, including showcases and learning series.
• Be the program’s point person on event days and one-on-one founder logistics meetings.
• Collect founder NPS after programs and suggest improvements when needed.
• Maintain partner touchpoints and the data that guides pillar focus.
• Keep Airtable and other shared databases up to date for programs, partners, and mentors.
• Support marketing by drafting stories and helping with email campaigns and social posts.
