Job summary

Amplify Bloomington is seeking a Program Coordinator to drive the on-site execution of accelerator programs, student founder initiatives, and community events at The Mill in Bloomington, IN. You will manage schedules, funder reporting, and founder experience from application through final showcase.

You will collaborate with the Head of Entrepreneurship Growth, run 1:1 founder meetings, and help optimize processes, data, and partner relationships in an expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience running program logistics and events.
• Comfort using shared systems (Notion, Asana, Airtable).
• Ability to meet deadlines and ensure compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
• Genuine interest in startups.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day logistics for the accelerator, summer founder program, peer accountability cohorts, and portfolio additions.
• Keep grant-funded programs on track: application windows, selection panels, funder check-ins, and program reporting.
• Keep peer accountability groups running smoothly through scheduling, communication, and tracking.
• Turn program plans into finished events, including showcases and founder learning series; coordinate with events team.
• Maintain and improve shared databases and tools (e.g., Airtable) for programs, partners, and mentors.
• Support marketing by writing stories and helping with email campaigns and social posts.
