Job summary

Bloom Investment Advisers, LLC is seeking a Campus Growth Fellow in Los Angeles to drive organic growth on campus through tabling, events, and club partnerships.

You will create authentic social content, engage with finance and entrepreneurship groups, and report to Bloom's Campus Growth team. This part-time, paid role offers mentorship and rapid skill development while helping students explore investing.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student with an active campus presence.
• Self-starter who can initiate conversations and represent a brand on campus.
• Genuine interest in investing, personal finance, or fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Show up on campus at least once a week — tabling, events, or campus presence.
• Create and publish authentic short-form content on social media to drive impressions and sign-ups.
• Identify and collaborate with campus clubs — finance, business, entrepreneurship — to co-host events.
• Spearhead organic growth through grassroots tactics and campus activations.
• Establish Bloom as a campus representative and refer new members.
