Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in small business development, entrepreneurship, or workforce development.
• Experience with e-commerce, digital marketing, or product development preferred.
• ACRE certification required within three months of hire; existing holders strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead entrepreneurial discovery and individualized business development.
• Develop small business plans and assist with feasibility assessments.
• Support technology-first entrepreneurship and digital business development.
• Assist in product development, marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Build community partnerships and participate in economic development efforts.
• Support self-employment and Employment First practices.
• Maintain service documentation, quality, and fiscal accountability.
• Travel within the service region to engage businesses and participants.
