Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong networking and business development abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (telephone, networking, referrals).
• Set appointments and assess clients' financial services needs.
• Prepare comprehensive insurance proposals and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Close sales and build lasting client relationships.
• Maintain an active list of leads (Project 150) to jump-start business development.
• Advocate for clients by assessing and addressing their insurance needs.
