Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Health)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business ownership is an asset
• Networking skills and willingness to engage community contacts
• Self-starter with ability to manage time and priorities independently
• SIE certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new business production targets
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Schedule appointments and assess clients’ insurance and financial needs
• Develop proposals, deliver sales presentations, and close sales
• Provide ongoing support and policy servicing to clients
• Comply with regulatory requirements and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Utilize a network of family, friends, and acquaintances to launch your business
• Represent a wide range of insurance and financial products
