Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking an Insurance Agent in Arizona to build and manage a personal client portfolio while leveraging strong brand support and mentorship. You will identify client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and drive new business with guidance from district managers and training consultants.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to networking, and comfortable presenting to individuals and groups, both in-person and remotely.

Formación

• Obtain Property & Casualty License; Life & Health License pursued with company support.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a client base.
• Ability to develop a professional network and leverage contacts to start business.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Generate new business by prospecting leads via phone, events, and community involvement.
• Assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions including P&C, life, health, and annuities.
• Set appointments, interview clients, and present proposals tailored to needs.
• Meet or exceed new business production goals; close sales and document activities.
• Maintain accurate records per company policy; participate in ongoing training.
