Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• Or a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Or successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and growing profit.
• Lead sales goals and measure results for the team.
• Direct branch operations with focus on deposits growth and wealth referrals.
• Ensure compliance, security, cash handling, and expense control.
