This is a hands-on role based at retail and event locations throughout the Milwaukee area. You’ll speak directly with members of the public, introduce the organizations and causes we represent, build interest and help campaigns grow their community support.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, fundraising, events or another people-facing environment can be valuable, but strong communication skills and the willingness to learn are equally important.
You’ll learn how to communicate a campaign effectively, understand what resonates with different audiences and adjust your approach based on real interactions and results.
For those who perform strongly and want to progress, there are opportunities to move into greater responsibility across campaign delivery, team development and leadership.
