Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Two+ years of customer service experience and public speaking for diverse audiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community organizations and social service agencies to promote enrollment.
• Conduct outreach presentations to varied audiences and organize venues/logistics.
• Identify and implement outreach, recruitment, and digital marketing strategies including social media campaigns.
