Job summary

Elevate Northland in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Program & Outreach Coordinator to support the MBAC, providing coaching, training, resources, and connections to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and strengthen their businesses.

This on-site role focuses on relationship-building with community partners, coordinating workshops and events, and maintaining accurate program records. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, outreach, or client services.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, support, and engage with entrepreneurs as they utilize MBAC services.
• Manage client intake, scheduling, follow-up, and program records, ensuring information is accurate for coaching.
• Coordinate workshops, trainings, networking events, and business programs.
• Build relationships with community partners and resource providers.
• Represent Elevate Northland at community events and outreach activities.
• Help tell the story of entrepreneur success throughout the region.
• Provide other program and organizational administrative support.
