Job summary

KidStrong Parker is seeking an energetic KidStrong Coach to deliver our engaging curriculum for children up to 11 years old at our Parker center.

You’ll lead dynamic classes, communicate the program to families, and pursue certification while growing with the KidStrong team. This part-time role requires weekend and weekday afternoon availability and offers a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must love working with children.
• Coaching background with kids aged walking to 11 years old.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians.
• Energetic, engaging presence in classes.
• Mentor to other coaches with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
• Master the curriculum and communicate it with flair.
• Achieve coach certification and continue training through our programs.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
• Coach classes, camps, movie nights and center events.
• Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Help with upkeep and maintenance of the center.

Job Title: KidStrong Coach

Center: Parker

Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager

Compensation: $20 per hour

If so, KidStrong wants you to join our team as a KidStrong Coach! As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations:

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that?

• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
