Job summary

Lennar Corporation in Irving, TX is seeking an Entitlements Manager to supervise all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities, coordinating with agencies, consultants and internal teams to meet development schedules. You will manage plan approvals, permits, and collaboration with architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding process.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred in civil engineering, construction management, urban design and planning, business, engineering or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Smart Sheet experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and writing capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs all aspects of obtaining entitlements, plan approvals & permits for new residential communities.
• Executes upon stringent community entitlement and development schedules.
• Coordinates input from division executives regarding site and architectural design.
• Obtains all required permits from local jurisdictions in support of land development and home building operations.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, and consultants for development applications and approvals.
• Manages entitlement contract work for outside consultants.
• Assists in due diligence for potential land acquisitions.
• Supports the Operations Department.
• Supervises consultants and trade partners to meet approvals and schedules.
• Liaises with Lennar trade partners, consultants and agencies for issue resolution.
