Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Entitlements Manager to supervise entitlements for new residential communities, coordinating with agencies, consultants, and internal teams. The role emphasizes ensuring timely approvals, accurate documentation, and adherence to development schedules.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of entitlement and homebuilding experience, with a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in civil engineering, construction management, urban design and planning, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and supervises obtaining entitlements, plan approvals and permits for new residential communities.
• Manages timelines to meet strict entitlement and development schedules.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, and consultants for development applications and approvals.
• Secures permits from local jurisdictions to support land development and home building operations.
• Liaises with Lennar trade partners, consultants, and public/private agencies to resolve issues.
