Job summary

Rosecrance Champaign-Walnut is seeking a dedicated Benefits Enrollment Assistant to support enrollment, redetermination, and supplemental food program processes. You will collaborate with SSA, DDS, and other providers to expedite approvals, collect documents, and ensure privacy and accuracy in electronic systems.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic systems.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Flexibility in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with benefit enrollment and redetermination processes.
• Coordinate with SSA, DDS, and other providers to expedite entitlements.
• Gather and submit required identification and financial documents.
• Maintain and protect cardholder data per PCI DSS guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain monthly status reports on participant progress.
• Schedule and attend relevant appointments and coordinate with partners.
