Job summary

Versant seeks a Senior Accounting Analyst to support accounting and financial reporting across its Entertainment & Sports portfolio. This role is a key member of the TV Networks Controllership team, partnering with Controllership, FP&A and other functions to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly close under U.S.

GAAP. The Senior Accounting Analyst will help automate processes, manage revenue recognition analysis under ASC 606, and support internal controls and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of Accounting/Finance experience in media, entertainment, sports, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Finance and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close for Entertainment & Sports entities under US GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Analyze revenue and other activities; review transactions for proper accounting treatment.
• Maintain SOX controls and support internal/external audits.
