Versant Media, LLC seeks a Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting to support monthly and quarterly close, accounting, and financial reporting in a hybrid Englewood Cliffs, NJ environment. You will prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations while ensuring SOX and internal controls compliance.

You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Payroll, and FP&A to validate data, improve processes, and support ERP transformations. Strong U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or public accounting experience.
• Experience in a publicly traded company, multinational organization, or Big 4/public accounting environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement analysis, SOX compliance, and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead purchase order and invoice-related accounting activities, including accruals and documentation.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries and monthly accruals for corporate activities.
• Own reconciliations, ensuring timely certification and issue resolution.
• Perform balance sheet and P&L variance analysis for corporate reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Payroll, and other stakeholders on accounting treatment under U.S. GAAP.
