Job summary

BCD Travel’s Entertainment division seeks a Regional Program Manager to lead regional coordination, grow client portfolios, and deliver strategic business plans for media and entertainment clients in Australia. This role emphasizes strong client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling.

You will work with a global team to manage SLAs, KPIs, and technology-enabled processes while maintaining executive-level communications and reports.

Qualifications

Experience in travel management with clients in entertainment.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Extensive knowledge of business travel management and operations.
Proficient with travel industry technology and processes.
Proven ability to grow customer portfolios and relationships.
Knowledge of creating business plans and managing strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the regional coordination of communications across the region.
Deliver client business plans to ensure retention and growth.
Manage new business implementations, working with the implementation team.
Measure and report SLAs and KPIs regionally and develop deliberate business plans.
Drive profitability by increasing revenues through up-selling and cross-selling.
Identify and assist in the selection of technology tools and processes.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers.
Perform client business reviews and deliver regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
