Job summary

BCD Travel's Media & Entertainment division is seeking an Entertainment Travel Consultant to support after-hours, remote in the United States. This full-time role follows a 4 days x 10 hours schedule and focuses on delivering travel reservations and policy guidance for entertainment clients.

You will leverage Sabre GDS, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide industry insights while growing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive Travel Agent experience (Entertainment experience is a plus).
• Working knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced skills in Sabre GDS.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the client.
• Adhere to client travel policies and provide travel consultation.
• Handle regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas) for trips.
• Provide industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, penalties.
• Review processes and relationships to suggest improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of the travel industries supported and communicate updates.
