Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Coordinator, Communications to support the series publicity team and assist the SVP of Communications for the Universal Studio Group division. The role combines administrative tasks with media relations support in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications include 1+ year PR experience and strong MS Office skills. You will help manage press coverage, press sheets, events, and relationships with talent and agencies to maximize positive coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of public relations experience, including internships.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative liaison to staff, vendors, and consultants.
• Answer phones, schedule calendars, book travel, draft itineraries, process invoices, and prepare expense reports.
• Maintain press contact databases and internal lists; prepare internal and external distributions.
• Update the press site (Media Village) and assist with onboarding of new team members.
• Support talent relations needs: travel, hair/makeup, itineraries, gifts, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage series team budget tracker.
