Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is hiring an Assistant for our Entertainment (Film + Television) team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on learning entertainment publicity, building media lists, and supporting day-to-day account activities.

You will help with meetings, recaps, and event logistics while developing a foundation in PR strategy. You should have about 1 year of marketing/PR experience, strong writing, and exceptional organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in marketing, entertainment, or PR.
• Strong writing and note-taking abilities.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of entertainment publicity and integrated communications.
• Build and maintain media lists across trades, national news, and lifestyle outlets.
• Monitor news cycles and pop culture moments for clients.
• Support accounts with agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budgets.
• Assist with client meetings and events, including scheduling and on-site staffing.
