Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Sr. Paymaster, Sports & Entertainment to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple entertainment projects, including film, TV, live events, and digital media. Ensure timely, accurate payroll while complying with union agreements and tax laws.

You will work with production clients, oversee multi-jurisdiction payroll, and support audits, reporting, and system improvements using payroll software.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in entertainment payroll.
• Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE rules.
• Experience with payroll tax withholding and union reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple jurisdictions in entertainment.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements and tax laws.
• Provide payroll reports and respond to audits.
• Collaborate with IT for payroll systems updates.
