Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Sr. Paymaster, Sports & Entertainment to manage end-to-end payroll for film, TV, live events, and digital media projects. You will ensure timely, accurate payroll while complying with SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE, and tax laws, collaborating with production clients to enhance payroll operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in entertainment payroll, strong software skills, and ability to implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience in the entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of entertainment industry payroll practices and union agreements.
• Proficiency with payroll software and accounting systems.
• Solid understanding of tax laws and wage-and-hour rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entertainment projects.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements, tax laws, and regulations.
• Manage payroll for cast, crew, and production employees across locations.
• Provide detailed payroll reports and assist audits or inquiries.
