Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Sr. Paymaster, Sports & Entertainment to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple productions, including film, television, live events, and digital media. You will ensure timely and accurate payroll while complying with union contracts and tax laws.

You will partner with production clients and IT teams to implement payroll tools, generate reports, and support audits. 2–4 years' experience in entertainment payroll is required; expertise with SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in processing payroll within the entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of entertainment industry payroll practices, union agreements, and applicable labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for multiple jurisdictions and locations.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for cast, crew, and production employees, including union and non-union workers.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, including tax withholdings, deductions and benefits.
• Provide detailed payroll reports.
• Oversee union compliance reporting and respond to audits and inquiries from regulatory agencies.
