Job summary

X&BM, the business-management arm of X, seeks an Account Executive to run the financial life of a book of high‑net‑worth clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Los Angeles and reports to a Business Manager, collaborating with tax, royalty, and insurance specialists.

You will own cash management, payroll, vendor relations, and multi-entity accounting, building cash-flow forecasts and budgets, reviewing monthly closes, and delivering actionable reports to clients and their advisors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business management or high-net-worth client accounting.
• Experience with cash-flow forecasting and budgeting for irregular income.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-entity structures and loan-out entities.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Discretion and confidentiality in client matters.
• Entertainment or sports client experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cash management, bill pay, payroll, and vendor relationships across all client entities.
• Build and maintain cash-flow forecasts and budgets; reconcile to plan.
• Review monthly close and deliver clear financial reports for clients and advisors.
• Track income: advances, royalties, endorsements, salary, distributions.
• Collaborate daily with agents, managers, attorneys, publicists, and family offices.
