X&BM in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead a select book of high-net-worth clients, acting as the trusted financial advisor for major decisions and confidential management of their wealth. The role is full-time and on-site, reporting to the Director, Business Management, and guiding a team of Account Executives to deliver integrated financial services.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in business management for entertainment or high-net-worth clients.
• Three+ years as lead relationship manager.
• Proven track record in bringing in and retaining clients.
• Deep knowledge of accounting, cash management, loan-out structures, touring/production finance, royalty and endorsement income, insurance and tax issues.
• Experience leading major client transactions: real estate, entity formation, financing and deal closings.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.
• CPA strongly preferred; degree in accounting/finance required.
• Comfort with software and AI-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as trusted financial advisor and single point of contact.
• Lead the client's financial strategy including cash, entities, insurance, tax posture and long-term financial health.
• Oversee major transactions: real estate, entity formation, financing, closings.
• Manage ecosystem: coordinate with agents, attorneys, managers, publicists and families.
• Lead and develop the Account Executives on the book and define standards for a well-run account.
• Grow the client book via referrals and partner ecosystem; structure engagements.
• Define platform-driven work processes and collaborate with product team to build features for clients.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with high-net-worth clients.
