Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles is seeking an assistant to support an agent in the Commercial Endorsements group. You will manage phones, calendars, travel, and meeting materials, while serving as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and brand executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 months of professional administrative or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environments; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative duties including heavy phones, calendar management, travel, expense reports, and general office tasks.
• Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and coordinate follow-up.
• Serve as the first point of contact with clients, agents and brand executives.
• Track data on client projects and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with special projects, research, and information gathering.
• Stay current on entertainment industry news relevant to talent, social media, and brand representation.
