Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Crestwood, Missouri is seeking a part-time team member. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing activities for residents, driving them to events, and maintaining the community library.

Schedule: Part Time, days and hours will vary

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self‑motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
