Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Affton, Missouri is seeking a full-time team member to assist in planning and executing activities for residents. Responsibilities include driving residents to events and coordinating the monthly activity calendar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing activities for residents.
• Drive residents to events and assist with entering/exiting vehicles.
• Develop monthly activity calendars and procure performers.

Schedule

(Full Time) Tuesday - Saturday (8:30am-4:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, the execution of the activities for residents.
• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
