Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Full-Time role focused on enriching resident life through planned activities and events. You will help develop calendars, arrange performers, and provide seminars, while supporting resident libraries and transportation to events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self‑motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Schedule: Full Time

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
