Job summary

United Talent Agency seeks an experienced Associate, Client Accounting, to join its Finance Client Accounting team in Beverly Hills, CA. You will work with agents and assistants to capture timely booking data in a GAAP-compliant setting and provide reporting to support forecasting and collections.

Role entails daily client bookings, data accuracy, and ongoing collaboration with the Cash Management team to apply payments correctly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Entertainment experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High-volume transaction processing experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with assigned agents regularly and their assistants to ensure complete booking data and reports.
• Ensure client payments are processed quickly and accurately per tax requirements.
• Liaise with clients and agents on invoices, statements, debits, and tax matters.
• Enter and maintain client bookings and review data for accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with counterparts at other companies to complete booking details.
• Provide regular reporting to agents to support forecasting and collections.
