Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician to maintain and repair games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance, while upholding safety standards and delivering a fun guest experience.

Responsibilities include inventory control, ordering supplies, and keeping the workshop organized. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork essential.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn multiple systems supporting the business.
• Basic electronics, mechanics, hydraulics knowledge.
• Use and handle basic hand tools; able to work on ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 250 lbs and comply with OSHA safety standards.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance for games and equipment.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games and arcade devices.
• Disassemble/replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain inventory records and order supplies as needed.
• Keep mechanic shop and facility clean and organized.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards; engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Participate in paid on-the-job training.
