Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced family entertainment center. You will oversee bowling, food & beverage, and arcade operations, drive revenue, manage costs, and lead a team of 8–10 salaried managers and 120–150 hourly staff to exceed guest expectations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in general management, a passion for guest service, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years in general management in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Hospitality and/or food & beverage experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage costs including labor and operating expenses.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center.
• Develop location-based goals to support business strategy.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, training, and safety standards.
• Evaluate financial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage P&L with dept managers and oversee cash handling and upselling.
• Train and lead managers to maintain product and guest service standards.
• Collaborate with dept managers and corporate on revenue initiatives (league sales, seasonal promos, restaurant promotions).
• Lead a salaried management team of 8–10 and supervise 120–150 hourly staff.
