Job summary

Sycuan is seeking a customer-service oriented administrator to support the Entertainment Manager, handling advertising coordination, ticketing, and front-office duties during show days.

You will manage reservations, assist artists, relay reports, and help maintain entertainment files. Strong English communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Word/Excel skills are essential. This is an on-site California role in a hospitality/casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimun 2 years of customer service experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Casino or hospitality marketing experience preferred.
• Theatre ticket sales experience preferred.
• Two years of office administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising processes, verify invoices, and assist in payments.
• Coordinate theatre ticket sales, reservations, and ticket distribution.
• Provide box office services and assist artists and guests on show days.
• Provide administrative support and route contracts for signature.
• Reconcile shows, manage wait lists, and report outcomes.
• Maintain supplies and organize entertainment offices and files.
