Sycuan Casino Resort is seeking a friendly guest services associate to support theatre events, promotions, and Club Sycuan memberships. You will assist guests with ticketing decisions, promote entertainment options, and help with night‑of‑show operations.

Responsibilities include handling cash at the box office, reconciling daily transactions, ushering guests to seats, collecting data, and keeping the box office area clean and professional while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• 1 year of guest service experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Hospitality experience desirable.
• Ticket sales and/or box office experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system and basic data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly guest service while promoting entertainment options.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of show schedule, production details, and ticketing prices.
• Maintain a Box Office cash bank and reconcile daily transactions.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe Box Office environment at all times.
• Assist with night of show ticket issuance and redemptions.
• Assist with venue logistics before and after events.
• Assist with ushering venue guests to assigned seats.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing guest calls.
• Maintain a professional and pleasant department image by consistently communicating and presenting information in a professional manner to internal and external guests.
• Promote Club Sycuan membership to guests with thorough knowledge of guidelines and benefits.
• Create new Club Sycuan membership accounts and Club Sycuan membership card reprints.
• Ascertain and resolve guest concerns, requests, and/or complaints in a timely, courteous and informed manner.
• Collect complete and accurate data from guests while processing transactions.
• Provide friendly guest service while promoting Sycuan Casino Resort at off property sponsored events.
• Distribute promotional merchandise as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service while supporting Theatre events, promotional giveaways, community outreach and co-op sponsorships.

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience:

Essential:

• 1 year of guest service experience
• Cash handling experience

Desirable:

• Hospitality experience
• Ticket sales and/or box office experience
• High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, or G.E.D.
