Job summary

Apex is seeking an energetic Manager to oversee daily operations across go-karts, bowling, arcades and food & beverage. You will lead a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest service and safe, smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or F&B, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. On-the-job training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage and/or hospitality.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to stand for 6–12 hours at a time.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all attractions, food & beverage, and guest service areas.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of employees.
• Ensure all facilities and amusements are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor employee schedules, performance trends, and payroll submissions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Open and close the venue following established procedures, including managing multiple cash drawers.
