Nbutexas in Virginia Beach is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across go-karts, bowling, arcades, and F&B, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise a diverse team, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness across all facilities. This role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 1–2 years in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Must be 18+ years old with strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand 6–12 hours with flexible scheduling.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all attractions, food & beverage, and guest service areas.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of employees.
• Ensure facilities and amusements are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor schedules, performance trends, and payroll submissions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Open and close the venue, managing multiple cash drawers.

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage and/or hospitality industry
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail; strong organizational and multitasking skills
