Job summary

Apex Entertainment seeks an Attraction Manager to lead the Attractions Department, directing Supervisors and Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences while safeguarding safety and quality standards.

You will manage labor budgets, drive operational efficiency, and develop leaders across the department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial and guest-satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive management experience in family entertainment centers, hospitality, attractions, amusement, recreation, restaurant, or similar high-volume operations.
• Demonstrated experience supervising multiple employees and developing frontline leaders.
• Experience making employment decisions involving hiring, coaching, discipline, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor budgets and operating expenses.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and manage the daily operation of the Attractions Department.
• Establish operational priorities and ensure department goals are achieved.
• Exercise independent judgment in resolving operational issues, staffing concerns, guest service matters, and safety issues.
• Develop departmental policies, procedures, and best practices consistent with company standards.
• Monitor department performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
