• Oversee maintenance of all attractions and coordinate with Maintenance Team.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and schedule staff for peak periods.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM and HR on performance and actions as needed.
• Recruit team members who are guest‑focused and team‑oriented.
• Pursue ongoing growth and stay updated on industry trends.

Your Mission

As the Attractions Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our exhilarating attractions, leading Supervisors and Team Members to deliver exceptional service and safe, memorable experiences for every guest. This is your chance to bring the thrill to life-every day.

Key Responsibilities

Exemplary Guest Service

• Lead and coach Attractions Supervisors and Team Members to deliver world-class guest service.
• Set clear goals and provide day-to-day operational guidance to ensure a seamless experience.

Attractions Ownership

• Oversee and enforce routine maintenance of all attractions.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Team to resolve issues quickly and maintain top-tier conditions.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure smooth daily operations across all attractions, with occasional support to Food & Beverage and Events teams.
• Manage staff scheduling, adapting to peak periods, holidays, and special events.

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct daily inspections to uphold all safety standards and operational protocols.
• Partner with HR to maintain employee records, manage performance, and handle disciplinary action when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.

Team Leadership

• Foster a positive and professional work environment that inspires team success.
• Delegate tasks and empower team members to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant GM, assisting with operations as needed.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in attractions, FEC, food & beverage, or hospitality
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and guest-focused
• Professional, positive, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation
