Job summary

Kadence is seeking a Workplace Solutions Engineer in the Salt Lake City area to lead enterprise deployments and optimize Kadence for real-world workplace complexity. You will design and deliver complex technical rollouts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build scalable enablement curricula for large enterprise customers.

In this role you’ll configure SSO/SCIM, calendar integrations, device deployments, and security considerations while partnering with product, engineering, and CX

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Configure SSO in Entra ID or Okta and troubleshoot SCIM provisioning.
• Own launches with go-live plans, dependency sequencing, and comms.
• Design curricula and deliver live training for customers.
• You are comfortable with enterprise IT and security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation across our most complex enterprise deployments.
• Engineer Kadence configurations to model real-world workplace operations.
• Lead launch planning and go-live orchestration for each customer.
• Build and deliver customer enablement curricula and assets.
• Coach customers on workplace operations best practices.
• Stay with accounts through post-launch optimization and new-site rollouts.
• Navigate enterprise security, compliance, and change management.
• Close the loop with Product and Engineering to drive improvements.
• Raise the bar for Kadence deployment through repeatable playbooks.
