Job summary
Kadence is seeking a Workplace Solutions Engineer in the Salt Lake City area. You will own complex enterprise deployments, design and execute rollout plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, security, and operations.
You will develop training and enablement assets and partner with product leadership to translate customer needs into Kadence configurations. Hybrid role near Salt Lake City, with periodic on-site collaboration for large-scale launches and workshops.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in SaaS.
- Deep IT knowledge: SSO, SCIM, calendar integrations, MDM/Intune.
- Experience leading go-live launches and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to translate customer needs into Kadence configurations.
- Excellent stakeholder management with IT security teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical implementation across large enterprise deployments.
- Design rollout plans and coordinate go-live activities.
- Lead training curricula and enablement for admins, managers, and end users.
- Advise on security, privacy, and change-management during deployments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to feed back customer needs.
