Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, OD, I/O psychology, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead succession planning across all levels to ensure leadership pipelines.
• Partner with executives to identify capability gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Oversee leadership development programs including coaching and mentoring for high-potential employees.
• Manage performance management cycles with goal-setting, feedback, and calibration.
• Develop talent analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead change management initiatives for talent programs across corporate and field populations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and learning partners to optimize budgets.
• Create career pathing and internal mobility programs to enable growth opportunities.
• Design measurement frameworks to evaluate ROI and continuously refine approaches.
