Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning and workforce planning capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with budgets and timelines, and ensure successful adoption of new processes across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, governance, and ongoing optimization of workforce planning post-implementation. A strong background in HR/financial systems and change management is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in program or project management.
• Experience implementing workforce planning or HR/financial systems.
• Direct experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning aligned to goals, budget and timeline.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workforce planning processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, project plans, milestones, and risk assessments with HR technology.
• Provide guidance and decisions with stakeholders to enable adoption of new systems.
