Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Senior Workforce Management Analyst to optimize labor utilization and drive planning across U.S. and Canadian ops. You will own UKG Pro WFM governance, lead forecasting, and deliver analytics that influence leadership decisions.

You will mentor analysts, develop dashboards, and partner with HR, IT, and finance on workforce roadmaps. This role focuses on compliant, efficient labor management in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, information systems, supply chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce management, labor planning, scheduling, or analytics.
• Experience supporting a large, multi-site U.S. and Canadian operations.
• Experience implementing or optimizing workforce management systems such as UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Kronos, Dayforce, ADP eTime, or Workday Time Tracking.
• Advanced experience developing workforce forecasts, labor models, scheduling strategies, and workforce analytics.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, wage and hour requirements, and compliance regulations.
• Experience with business intelligence/visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise lead and senior SME for UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Labor Management modules.
• Lead evaluation, design, testing, and optimization of UKG functionality and related workforce management solutions.
• Participate in system governance, configuration standards, and best practices for consistency across business units.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve user experience, process efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with HRMS, IT, Payroll, and vendors to prioritize enhancements and deliver workforce management roadmaps.
• Develop advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models for leadership decisions.
• Mentor Workforce Management Analysts and other partners.
• Create documentation and training materials and establish best practices.
