Job summary

EBI Consulting seeks an early-career Enterprise Applications Developer to design and improve enterprise web and mobile apps with rapid prototyping and user-centered refinement. The role emphasizes AI-enabled solutions and cross-functional collaboration with Business Solutions teams.

Reporting to the SVP of IT, this hybrid role requires in-office presence at our Burlington, MA headquarters and coordination with stakeholders to prototype, refine, and support applications while monitoring AI cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years building or prototyping apps with modern programming languages.
Fundamental programming concepts and basic data structures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to web or mobile development frameworks (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
Interest in enterprise software environments and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and iterate prototypes for enterprise web-based and mobile applications.
Refine prototypes through testing and stakeholder feedback.
Provide first-line user support for internal applications.
Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor AI-related costs and compute resources across projects.
Collaborate with Business Solutions and other stakeholders to translate needs into features.
