Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Application Designer and Developer to define user requirements and build UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. The role emphasizes creating scalable APIs, AI-enabled features, and robust microservices in a hybrid US work model.

You will collaborate with clients to craft intuitive interfaces, write clean code, and participate in an agile delivery process while solving complex distributed systems challenges. Travel may be required to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• 3–5+ years with Angular or similar frontend frameworks and strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Experience with Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication & authorization using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure AD.
• Experience with data visualization tools like D3, Highcharts, Plotly.js, Ember Charts; dashboards with PowerBI/Tableau/Looker.
• Test-driven development and frontend performance best practices.

Responsibilities
