Job summary

Truist is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer in Charlotte, NC to design, automate, validate, and improve enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will drive automation with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD while building robust monitoring with Splunk and Dynatrace.

This role partners with multiple teams to ensure availability, resiliency, and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent education/training.
• Minimum 5 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and implements enterprise infrastructure technology platforms across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, or middleware domains.
• Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques for high availability and performance.
• Manages infrastructure engineering projects and processes aligned with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve infrastructure standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance.
• Supports compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance.
• Reviews and guides infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Provides technical guidance to lower-level professionals.
• Develops technical solutions with deep analysis and leads infrastructure processes.
