Job summary

Qualifications

• Have 8–12 years of experience in an operations role in restaurant, DTC, E‑commerce, CPG or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Ownership of key customer value metrics
• Building playbooks for sales and customer support functions
• Ownership of internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content and communications to ensure 10-star value delivery to customers
• Ownership of internal processes to monitor and improve agentic workflows, prompts, templates and workflows for customers
• Collaborating with GTM/CS teams to own implementation and business roadmap
